SHIPPING INFORMATION

Goodies ships nationwide Monday through Friday.  We offer 1-3 business day shipping via UPS. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note, during the Christmas season, orders will take longer to process and ship  

 

Return Packages:

Goodies Etc. assumes all address information provided is correct, therefore we are not responsible for any returned packages due to the following reasons:

  • wrong address information
  • recipient has moved 
  • recipient refuses package upon delivery

If your package is returned for one of the above reasons, we will inform you as such and provide an opportunity to re-send the package with the purchase of a new gift and shipping fee. Due to the fragility of our baskets, we cannot send the same basket twice.

If the reason the basket is returned is the direct fault of UPS, we will issue a refund for that package on their behalf.  Goodies Etc. is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions that are beyond the control of Goodies Etc. or UPS.

Goodies Etc. aims to have all our packages received without incident. In consideration of this, we respectfully ask all our customers to double check their address information before submitting to us, please note, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Damaged Packages:

Please alert our staff regarding any damage within a timely fashion. No replacements or refunds will be considered more than 3 business days after delivery – so please open and inspect your packages promptly.

 

Holiday Shipping:

Goodies Etc. does not ship out on the following days:

  • The day before Thanksgiving
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day
